Awright,

|MP3's of "The Dudeboy" doin' what he does best...
Hey Folks,
Here's a couple of my songs for you to listen to and some lyrics
to read. My songs are very important to me and all of them represent
an event, or time in my life. I wrote Grandma's
Radio about growing up a little Okie kid and Romeo Stumbled
is about how a pretty girl can make a shy guy trip over his feet.
I've also include the lyrics to Broken
People because it most represents my philosophy of life.
If you like these songs they are available on
my EP Grandma's Radio which you can pick up at Tower Records (Fresno,
CA) or www.cdbaby.com.

Grandma's
Radio
By Bradley J. Rogers
(Verse One)
As a child on Sunday morning, talkin' with
Granddad.
Don't you know those times were the best I ever had?
Grandma'd turn the radio to the gospel hour,
We'd here about his love and his infinite power.
(Chorus)
I heard Moses part the water, learned that Jesus
saved my soul.
Never thought about me growin' up or them a growin' old.
In the time that came before me it was all I had to hold.
I learned to write a country song from GRANDMA'S RADIO.
(Verse Two)
I wanted to hear the Beatles, 'cause then
they were hot.
But, Granddad thought that Rock-n-Roll was a communist plot.
So it was the music of the Opry of Ol',
Love spun with threads of silver and needles of gold.
(Chorus)
(Verse Three)
Ferlin Husky sang about the dove that Noah
sent.
I really don't know where and how that precious time went.
Now Granddad's gone and Grandma's old that's just the way it goes.
Their love will live in my heart and in the depths of my soul.
(Chorus)

Romeo Stumbled
by Bradley J. Rogers
(Verse One)
Romeo Stumbled!
Fell face first against the ground.
Didn't see it coming,
Now he's feeling like a clown.
How did he lose her.
What did he say or didn't say,
Romeo Stumbled, so he'll cry today.
(Verse Two)
Romeo Stumbled!
His armor damaged by the fall.
He shakes his head,
To try to make sense of it all.
It seemed so perfect,
Just like heaven from above.
Romeo Stumbled, and now she's not in love.
(Verse Three)
Romeo Stumbled!
Where does he go from here?
With out the love he wanted so for years.
Will she listen?
To the words he has to say,
Romeo Stumbled, so he'll try again today!
(Repeat Verse One)

Broken People, Broken Lives
By Bradley J. Rogers
(Chorus)
BROKEN PEOPLE, BROKEN LIVES,
Too many loved ones tellin' lies.
I think it's time we turned the tide.
Quit breaking people, breaking lives.
(Verse 1)
When I was just a child,
I thought the truth was still in style.
I saw love in every smile,
Of BROKEN PEOPLE, BROKEN LIVES.
(Verse 2)
Then I grew to be a man,
The truth became hard to understand.
I found that love was made of sand,
Of BROKEN PEOPLE, BROKEN LIVES.
(Bridge)
Don't know really what to do.
And I try to understand,
Why there must be so much anger,
'tween a woman and a man.
I guess we have to pursue,
Just what makes up me and you.
And pray for the day we,
Quit breaking people, breaking lives.
(Repeat Chorus)
